With each program, comes level of attention, whether you are beginner, that needs time to adjust his movement, encourage for more confidence, or advanced powerlifter or weightlifter, that could use fine-tuning of the specific parts of their performance. Each of these athletes needs specific level of attention and supervision, that is why I chose to coach under 3 different levels of attention:

Learn from experience and programming with elite mentors.
Learn, how to breath correctly during movement, how get down your BPM after an exercise, learn what is the best amount of time to rest between resistance and endurance training, learn how to evaluate your own movement without sacrificing intensity of the workout. But most importantly learn about yourself! You can be better, but you need to be willing and committed to show up and learn!

Specific training for specific needs
Training between two people can differ not because of their body composition but mainly because their goals. Without shortcuts, i will guide you through best execution of the exercises for the most benefits possible. No matter if you aim for muscle hypertrophy or painless movement, where there is a will, there is a way!
Consistent training and good eating habits will be part of your daily life, once you understand the why behind it. Without strong why, there is no action. Therefore change, can be only achieved when you have clear and honest intention towards yourself without excuses.
