With each program, comes level of attention, whether you are beginner, that needs time to adjust his movement, encourage for more confidence, or advanced powerlifter or weightlifter, that could use fine-tuning of the specific parts of their performance. Each of these athletes needs specific level of attention and supervision, that is why I chose to coach under 3 different levels of attention:

Guided Training session with explanation of warm-up, mobility, technique of Olympic weightlifting, accessory strength exercises and stretching aimed for better understanding and trust in movement and coaching.
Learn from experience and programming with elite mentors.
Learn, how to brace correctly, how to re-rack the barbell, how to lockout the overhead position, learn about wrist - barbell position, learn what deadlift suits your goals and body proportions, learn how to progress without maxing out every week, learn how to evaluate your own movement without sacrificing intensity of the workout. You can be better, but you need to be willing and committed to show up and learn!

Personal Coach - means personal approach. I take this seriously - Personal means personal - without exceptions. Regardless of the coaching tier you choose, I’ll always make time for a one-on-one session to understand you, your goals, and what it takes to get you there.
