Gym Membership & Training Location

Is my gym membership included in Uplift coaching?

No. Unfortunately, your gym membership is not included. You must have an active gym subscription to participate in in-person coaching. However, Uplift offers collaboration discounts with:

  • CKM Middelburg (NL)

  • Endgame Lochristi (BE)

Can Uplift help me get extra Open Box training time?

If communication with the gym owner is possible, we can assist in requesting additional Open Box access. However, access policies are always determined by the gym itself.

If you know how many days a week you need to train and how many days your box offers for open box, Uplift can always proceed to communicate this matter with the facility manager/owner.

Training with Miro

Can I train more often with Miro than what is included in my program (Attention Tier)?

Yes, absolutely!

You are welcome to train at the same time Miro trains. When possible, he will provide feedback and technical attention. Of course, you must communicate it in advance and ideally you train in same facilities.

Scheduled sessions and private clients have priority, but additional guidance is encouraged whenever possible.

What happens if a 1-on-1 session cannot take place?

If an in-person session is not possible, you will receive a 1-on-1 online video coaching session.

During this call we will:

  • Review your top sets

  • Analyse lifting technique

  • Adjust your microcycle or mesocycle

  • Optimize key training variables

Your progress will always continue without interruption.

Online Strength Coaching

Is Uplift only for advanced athletes?

No. Uplift is for everyone who is willing to get better.

Uplift works with:

  • Beginners building a strength foundation

  • Intermediate lifters plateauing in progress

  • Competitive weightlifters and weightlifting coaches

  • Powerlifters and powerlifting coaches

  • Strength-focused athletes and general coaches

Programs are fully individualised based on experience, recovery capacity, and performance goals.

Is this coaching only for weightlifting and powerlifting?

Strength is the foundation — but Uplift goes beyond that. That is why we offer Vitality programs where:

Can I combine this program with CrossFit or other sports?

Yes!

Your program can be adjusted to support:

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes. I offer an advisory guidance.

Program Structure & Personalisation

How personalised is the training program?

Every program is individualised based on:

  • Training history

  • Injury history

  • Current strength level

  • Weekly availability

  • Recovery capacity

  • Long-term goals

No copy-paste templates. No generalised phones app. After each mesocycle - Athletes are encouraged to give a reflection/feedback to further refine and optimise structure for next programme ahead.

How often is my program updated?

Programs are adjusted based on your needs.

  • Program or training session can be adjust right away during or after training session if needed

  • Per microcycle (Most common, is to adjust program after 1 week microcycle)

  • Per mesocycle (If the program resulted in desired goals, we adjust the absolute intensity for progress and to avoid stagnation)

  • Based on athletes performance feedback

Communication is essential for optimal progress.

Commitment & Expectations

Is this a short-term transformation program?

No. It is exact opposite!

Uplift is built for long-term strength development and structural resilience. We are building a habits that last a lifetime.

We focus on:

  • Sustainable progress

No quick fixes. Only real progress.

What do you expect from athletes?

  • Consistency (Being able to show up in training a give it the amount of effort that is needed)

  • Honest communication (Being able to communicate if training feels too heavy or too easy, if you feel behind in any component of your performance or well-being, or if you miss anything in your training program)

  • Effort (Being able to give the training session reasonable and desired amount of effort required for progression)

  • Respect for the process (Being able to understand that long-term goals are not built in one week, but after stacking up X amount of hours and training unit to get where you want to be.)

Coaching is a about communication and respect, trust your coach, trust yourself and achieve your goals!
